Background
H.E. Fletcher, steel cabinet lock maker, New Invention. This old family firm run by two brothers, made a variety of cabinet locks by hand and supplied several large retail stores.
Now forms part of the longer Compilation No. 27: "Locks, Keys & Files", which also includes two other compilations, 5 and 21.
